Lismyn® Eye Drops (Epinastine Hydrochloride)

Ophthalmology

A new-generation selective, direct antagonist of the histamine H1 receptor and a mast cell stabilizer. While inhibiting mast cell degranulation, it antagonizes the H1 receptor to relieve itching, and also possesses a certain affinity for the histamine H2 receptor. It is characterized by a rapid onset of action, pronounced therapeutic efficacy, mild irritation, and no bitter taste in the mouth. It confers high tear-film stability and is especially well suited for long-term use in patients with comorbid dry eye.

Labixten® (Bilastine Tablets)

Allergy

A highly selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist that competitively blocks histamine binding for rapid and 24-hour relief of allergic rhinitis and urticaria symptoms, while exerting minimal central sedation that barely affects daytime alertness and work performance, with favorable overall tolerability.

Women’s health

PMB 003

Hormone precursor delivered as a topical formulation. More comprehensive mechanism of action: Unlike conventional single-estrogen therapy, it simultaneously improves both vaginal atrophy and sexual function. Differentiated patient experience: Beyond relieving vaginal dryness and dyspareunia, it also improves sexual desire and arousal. It lowers vaginal pH, helping restore a Lactobacillus-dominant flora, thereby reducing the risk of urinary tract infections—while achieving relatively lower systemic hormone exposure.

Ophthalmology

PMB 006

This product is a novel fixed-dose combination ophthalmic solution indicated for the treatment of presbyopia (age-related near vision loss). 1. Dual-target synergy:simultaneously constricts the pupil and prevents dilation, enabling more stable pupillary control and longer-lasting efficacy; 2. Single-dose, preservative-free design that reduces ocular surface irritation and the burden of long-term use; 3. Bidirectional pupillary modulation that avoids the efficacy fade seen with single-agent miotics.

Phase III

Insomnia

PMB 010

Selective single-orexin-receptor (OX2) antagonist. PMB 010 exhibits markedly higher binding affinity for OX2 than for OX1 (with selectivity exceeding 100-fold), enabling more precise targeting of the core sleep-regulating pathway. Compared with GABAA-receptor hypnotics (e.g., zolpidem), it does not suppress REM sleep, helping to preserve a more physiological sleep architecture while reducing the risks of next-day residual sedation and dependence. Beyond insomnia, OX2 antagonism also demonstrates potential for both sleep promotion and mood improvement in hyperarousal-related conditions such as major depressive disorder (MDD) with comorbid insomnia.

Pre-Phase III

Respiratory

PMB 016

Nn inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) dry-powder inhaler (DPI) indicated for the long-term control of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
